The most common errors are not having Cookies turned On and using the wrong username and password - SO PLEASE ensure you have completed Steps 1. and 3. BEFORE you email the webmaster. He is busy enough already! Thanks in Advance.


Step 1
Use the password recovery tool to get your username and password.



Step 2
Make sure CAPS LOCK is off. I know it sounds simple, but sometimes the CAPS LOCK key goes on when we don't expect it.

It's a cunning little key, waiting for when it really matters to turn itself on.


Step 3
Ensure cookies are turned ON.

To turn on cookies in Interent Explorer, Go To Tools then Internet Options then Privacy. Scroll the slider all the way down to the bottom so it says Accept All Cookies

If you have completed the above steps and you still can't log in, click on the link below to email us:



 Please describe the problem you are having, and the error messages that are occuring. When we get an email that says 'Can't Login' and that's it, it can be very frustrating, because then we need to email the member asking for the error anyway.

So please describe your errors when sending this email. Please also include if you can log into other websites (such as email sites or other sites that use a members area).

These are some questions we will want to know:
  • When you log in, what error do you get? Does it just say Password Incorrect? or does something else happen?
  • What Browser are you using? IE, Mozilla, Netscape, Opera, AOL, Macscape etc.
  • What Browser version are you running?
  • What version of Windows are you running?
  • Could it be something silly like CAPS LOCK being on?
  • Can you log into member's areas of other websites?
